Poster Dimensions????
    #5076033 -

I've got to print out some posters for an upcoming show, but I'm having troubles getting the Image size in photoshop to match my paper size. I'm just printing regular 8.5x11 sheets.

How do I get it set properly?

I guess I have another question....Is it possible to take my text, and wrap it around an invisible globe?

Is it in 300 dpi?

If you print IN Photoshop, it will print the dimensions as intended. So as long as your document is the right size (regardless of dpi)...

and for wrapping text around a 'globe' like an equator line, you should try 2 layers of texts using opposite 'arch' text wraps. Type your text, then up at the top to the right of the text color, there's a button with a T and an arch underneath... click that and choose the Arch, and change the 'bend' slider to the same +/- values for each layer.

hope that makes sense!

You could also create a circular path using the shape tool and use your text tool to type along that path.
