oxcycontins are usually (almost always) a much higher dosage.

hydrocodone and oxcycodone are normally lower doses.

oxcyontins are up to like 40mg in a pill where all the other stuff usually stays between 3 and 15ish.

this also my gutter drug knowledge, but thats always been my understanding.

As I said above, and as is stated in the link someone provided to Erowid...

Oxycodone is the active ingredient in Oxycontin. They are essentially the same thing.

Oxycodone is also the main active ingredient in Percocet, Percodan, Roxicet, Endocet and Tylox(and some others). Those also contain acetaminophen. Each of these pills contains various ratios of oxycodone:acetaminophen. Such as 2.5:325, 5:325, 7.5:500, 10:325, 10:650, and some others.

Oxycontin comes in various strengths. Such as 10mg, 20mg, 40mg, and 80mg and 160mg.

I sniffed one 10 mg and ate two, it fucked the brains out of every orifice in my skull. Ended up smoking two bowls, and my friend puked constantly after the first bowl. He sniffed two and ate 3, I tried to tell him it was a bad idea, but the pills were his and he threw 3 my way, so I rolled him a pinner to ease the nasea a bit.

My father was a nurse, and patients that weren't gonna make it got high doses of that shit, Demerol, and morphine. It's really sad, usually along the lines of 'start morphine regimen, increase dose X amount of milligrams intravenously every two hours'. He couldn't take the stress of dealing with the death all the time in the ICU he worked in and quit nursing.

yep that was the last time I fucked with pain killer's. Probably won't hit em so hard ever again, that shit had me falling asleep constantly the next day, really interfered with my classes.

The things I've seen people do when it comes to oxy :nonono:

One kid blew a 40 and ate one, after drinking 3-4 beers and smoking all day.  He kept at it for about an hour, still drinking and smoking, then did another 80.  That lasted about an hour longer and then he was laying in the corner puking and "spinning".

One person had a party and nodded out around 4AM with a lit cigarette and woke up to a burning couch :foreheadslap:

And then there was the bottle of 20s.  Smashed 20 of those up with 5 good rolls and did lines all night while drinking and smoking.  That turned into a favorite for a couple weeks.
After that one kid started on H, and then speedballs.  Off everything now...I think.

Bottom line is be real careful with the OC.  That shit is no joke whatsoever.  It affects people so differently.  Some folks are nodding after 20-30mg and some go 60-80mg while drinking and smoking just to start.  Dangerous game to play.

yeah, just be careful you dont want to turn into rush limblarg, would hate to see any of you turn into one of them self hating drug users, spouting of propaganda and shit.  But they can be fun evry now and then :wink:

yea drugs arent for everyone thats for sure. as for me im trying to be careful with it, i mean this is my first time and its not like the greatest thing in the world, it makes me feel really good but still its not alcohol:grin: (also id never drink while taking pills). i cant belive im still awake right now?

yeah, I had a friend who boxed when he was younger, aparently he took a hit hard enough to separate the hemispheres in his brain. He had a lot of prescriptions he had to take evey day, and he drank like a fish, his liver must've hated him.
