After 3 listens in two days, this album is phenomenal. A stellar follow-up to their self-titled debut, it doesn't let me down one fucking a bit. They play around a lot more, throw funky twangs in here and there, and the last song is a whole lot of psychedelic awesomeness.

Sophomore slump? Not these guys, no sirree.

i thought it was OK. although i really didn't like Franz Ferdinand's first album, either. :shrug:

definitely well composed and all that, just didn't ring my heart-strings...

It's just the kind of dancy, silly shit I like, but also manages to rock out really hard...I think it'll transfer VERY well to a live atmosphere...I'm seeing them the night of my girlfriend's birthday in a couple o weeks.
