First, let me begin by saying PETA is absolute bullshit. The founder of PETA, Ingrid Newkirk actually said, ?The animals are today?s slaves? NO! There are millions of PEOPLE who are still enslaved all across the world. Do you really want to equate that worldwide shame? to chickens? Guess what becoming a member of PETA requires. PETA explicitly restricts its members from the following: (Fishing, Circuses, dog shows, horseback riding, and zoos.) They even oppose the use of service animals like guide dogs for the BLIND. Do you eat honey? Well give it up because even bees are seen as being ?persecuted by the man.? Oh wait it gets better ? PETA forbids PET OWNERSHIP! Wow isn?t that a concept? Ingrid also said, ?Our goal is total animal liberation, and the day when everyone believes that animals are not ours to eat, not ours to wear, not ours to experiment, and not ours for entertainment, or any other exploitive purpose.? Yeah, lets let out all the fucking animals and let them run wild. There would be more deaths, more shit on the ground, etc. If we give animals RIGHTS also comes RESPONSIBILITY. Animals do not pay taxes, they do not clean up their messes, they are animals. This is not some Disney Land bullshit where we can have dogs and cats roaming the streets.

Ever heard of a guy named Rod Coronado? He is a member of ALF(animal Liberation front). He firebombed a Michigan State university research lab in the name of animal rights. He also publicly admitted to at least 6 other arsons. In the government?s sentencing memorandum the US attorney wrote that there was evidence that Ingrid Newkirk was connected to the crime. Proof? Well, since PETA is a tax exempt organization, their tax returns are a matter of public record. If you look at PETA?s tax return for the tax year ending in July 1995 you will see a notation for $45,200 to the Rodney Coronado Support Committee.

PETA violently opposes using animals to save HUMAN lives. Ever heard of Mary Beth Sweetland? Well, she is the Vice President of PETA. What?s so interesting about her? She is a type A diabetic, to stay alive Mary Beth injects herself daily with insulin that was developed from medical testing using dogs.

Okay I think I?ve said enough, but I could go on and on? well one last thing In PETA?s federal financial statements on July 31st of 2002 there is a notation for the purchase of a ?Walk in Freezer? that costs $9,370 that was purchased on 9/28/02. A freezer that big would be about 10ft by 15ft. You need a freezer this big for one of two things: Meat or cadavers. Ingrid also said ?? sometimes the only kind option for some animals is to put them to sleep forever.? PETA took in 2,103 dogs and cats but euthanized 1,325 of them that year at its headquaters leaving only 775 left over. PETA KILLS TWO THIRDS OF THE ANIMALS IT TAKES IN!!!

This is a pointless argument. Freedom of speech allows us to sit here and sling comments back and forth so lets keep it up or think of something better talk about. OR lets bash PETA some more, any takers?
