That's been happening to me a lot lately, but just on the Shroomery. Wikipedia still loads at lightning speeds, yet the Shroomery will crawl along like a drunk snail.

Prolly something to do with too many people trying to log on.. or maybe the are workin on the server.. ive also experienced the same problem, but it usually is during peak times..

Hrmmm this is the first i've heard of it. I think it helped me track a bug though. This should no longer be a problem.

Problem still happens for me.

Also, when logging in, page stays white for a minute or two(loading status of page indicates Done), and then loads My Home.

Started today for me, but it's been about a week since I've logged on. I get all the way to the message board login screen, type my name and password in and I get a "page not available" white screen. Earlier today I couldn't get the page to come up at all. :frown:

Just experienced the same problem. On Firefox I tried to login, but after I clicked the Login button the status bar just said "done" but nothing had happened. I tried it on IE and I was directed to a Page Cannot be Found error message.

After a few minutes I was able to login with firefox again.

I could not login last night or this morning. To get in this morning i clicked the login button about 10 times before it let me. It would just done in firefox and not change the page at all. IE it would go to white screen.

Same here pretty much. Last night, early in the morning, and this afternoon I have had that problem.

Also another thing that I noticed is that if I'm logged in and I try to refresh a page, It will just freeze up the browser. I have to just use the links right above the posts to refresh stuff.

asme login problem here, while running ie. on 2 different windows computers, one running the small business/ms office xp version and one on normal XP

I had these exact same problems in Firefox, same time too.  Didn't even try IE.  Figured this was a new ban message :cool:
