 # of shrooms in a quarter???

I am new to mushrooms and have a few questions. Here is the scenerio....I buy a quarter of the most commonly sold shroom, and the shrooms are all the average/most common size that they come......how many shrooms would be equal to a quarter?.....and if they sold me caps only....how many caps would be equal to a quarter.....I dont have money to buy a stupid scale......and also.....what is the average cost for a quarter on the east coast?

Why in the world would you want to buy caps only?
It is a stupid myth that they are stronger. If you think you are better off only buying caps then you need to read up on shrooms because you obviously don't know all that much about them.
Shit if I sold shrooms (which I of course do not...I'm not crazy! I'd rather shoot myself then go to jail...but if I did) I would just eat the stems off the ones I wanted for myself and sell the caps from those. With all the people that believe that stupid myth I am sure there are tons of people out there that are willing to pay tons for just a bag of caps. hehehe dummies.
I still can't believe that people do drugs that they know nothing about. That's just plain crazy. That's how you get yourself killed.

karen is a retard.....I meant if the dealer only sells shroom caps stupid......I already know that the cap thing is a myth.......who is th stupid one now......and I have done research to learn about them......and I am doing more right now by creating this post.....god...why are so many dumb people living on this planet

Search all forums for homeade scale, someone had a good "Free" handmade scale using a coathanger and some other things once. Also search " teaspoon" a ground teaspoon of mushrooms is equal to so many shrooms, but I cant remember. Or you can just slit the 1/4 into 4 and you know 1 pile is equal to 1.7g, a cheap scale is only a few bucks though.........

Ha that was pretty funny. You are trying to defend yourself by calling me stupid. However in your post you made a couple stupid comments.
If you know that the cap thing is a myth why would you even be willing to buy from a dealer trying to screw you? Obviously if the dealer is trying to sell you just caps he is going to charge you more...right? Why would he sell them at the same price when he would therefore be losing half of his profit? Of course he wouldn't. I would never buy from anyone that I knew was intentionally ripping me off because who knows what else they are doing to get more $$$. Maybe they aren't even selling you real shrooms?
Now lets just pretend that he didn't know anything about it only being a myth and didn't cheat you on purpose. Why would you buy from that dealer? He obviously doesn't know what he is doing.....so you couldn't possibly trust him right?
I wouldn't buy from a dealer that I didn't trust.
Those things would be stupid...therefore if you did them you would be stupid!
I never personally called you stupid in the original post so I don't know why you felt the need to call me a retard and stupid. That is fine however because now I won't ever feel bad about not giving you valuable information in the future. I will just laugh at the things that you don't know that perhaps I could have taught you.

do you have 2 dollars then go to hallmark( the greeting card place) and get a handheld postal scale will measure up to 4 oz and will do grams on one side oz's on the other

joe666...is that scale very accurate...and how big is it?....and karen....my bad......I was in a really bad mood.....but I was meaning that I dont know to many dealers and might only find one that sells caps ff-forgive and forget

Don't forget to weigh the baggie separately to subtract its weight. Different kinds of bags can vary a lot in weight (from 1 to 2.5 grams). Your 1/8 should weigh 3.5 grams. The number of shrooms is quite variable. If they are real big it could be just a few (like 2 or 3) if they are small there could be lots (like 8 or 9) if they are tiny there could be many many. I just grew a shitload of shrooms that all aborted at less than 2 inches. Each 1/8 had more than 50 shrooms. The only way to know is to weigh them.

a little bigger than a credit card its pretty accurate if you opt for the good one but the 2 dollar one should work just as well if you put it in a little case and not just in your pocket I used one of these all thru high school to weigh my bags for me and to sell. plus having a scale in better than no scale

OK I can accept that. I'll be happy to answer questions for you in the future as long as it isn't a repeated habit to get cranky.
Do you have any friends that have scales that would let you borrow it for a day? That would probably be your best option as all the other scales aren't really very accurate. They will give you an idea of the weight which would help so they aren't all that bad.
This probably isn't an option for you because I am guessing you still live at home but if not here is my suggestion. You are going to spend a minimum of $40 on a 1/4 probably more like $50 or $60 especially if you don't know many dealers you will be less likely to be hooked up with a deal. Skip tripping this one time and put that money towards supplies to grow your own. You could get everything that you need to grow your own with $40. It really isn't all that hard you just have to be careful and clean about it. Then after that you will be bale to grow all the shrooms you could ever want...actually more then you could ever even use.

i totally agree with karen about growing your own. with just a little bit of effort and an easily-concealable plastic conainer, you could grow enough for 1 person, and you will know for certain where it came from, instead of taking a dealers word for it.

thank you all.......I am gonna try hard to grow them....even though it will be very hard and I dont have any friends that know anything to help me......and tons of these mush terms.....for example: agar and spores.......are really hard to understand...I will try......but it will be very hard
