Basically just cut the cap off and put it on a peice of tinfoil or paper. Then put a jar over it to keep contams out. This is a simplified version, that will work but you can have contam problems with. Read a tech and make a glovebox to have a safer environment.

Someone gave me a really good method.

Put your cap in a clean zip lock bag(preferably the ones that are about 4 inches tall).

When it's dark enough for you, take the cap out. Then make your syringes by squirting the water from your syringes in there and sucking it back out.

I just did it myself, but haven't innoculated anything with the syinges I made. My syringes are all flakey and dark. I love it. I hope flakey is good.
