I really don't think posting about it is going to draw government attention any more than its initial prescense on the web.

Believe it or not, the DEA knows how to use a fucking search engine.

Its a sock puppet parade! Holy crap did this bring them out of the woodwork, probably all the same individual.

For those who care, I am not trying to bust them, I just wanted them to be aware of the danger... So I contacted them myself, and they explained to me that in BC there is precident in the courts that mycelium is legal, yet the rest of the Canadian provinces are however at greater risk.

For the sock puppets who bitched at me, it doesn't bother me a bit. I wasn't the one who found this page, this was brought up at the Forest Floor, I just thought people would want to know about this.

We have been seeing lots of 'shady' businesses on the web lately selling high priced spores, using other vendors pics, etc... I thought this may be another case of that, but the nice lady I spoke with via email says that they are very confident that within the province of BC they have nothing to worry about... So more power to them.

However, they don't ship to the US, and anyone outside of BC in Canada should be aware that there is a risk under the eyes of the law, so be carefull.

Lots of people over look the fact that Shroom Wizard was selling what was claimed to be legal mycelium "syspension" syringes. However I noticed that these are no longer offered at his site with no explanation given as why. Many claim that mycelium syringes are ileagle too. However I dont think that the ones that Shroom Wizard offered were much more than germenated spores.

Unless the exact species and its products are not listed in the law, it means they are not illegal. Off course, if you are stupid person who give DEA more evidences to show them that you are going to abuse it /that means you are propagating consumption, making preparates for consumption wich is not dried shroom by its deffinitio. You have make out some other reason for drying shroom. why would you do so?/.

Anyway, if you sell mycelium, you must not propagate tripping or something simmilar. That would be bad thing wich could held you to prison. The thing why people do not sell mycelim in regular basis is because it is even more grey area..but again it is not illegal.

Did anybody ever thought of it how is that so that sporeworks etc work for years with no legal problems? That is because they do not abuse shrooms, even they are growing them.
