lucky for you that was my next venture is to make some, http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/basics.asp, just depends you can get a kit to make some wine i heard that they were pretty good makes up to 30 or so bottles, but screw that, make it from fresh fruit.

overgrow.com has a good thread"how to make great tasting wine in 5 days"it works great with concord grape juice.i am on my third batch.good luck and enjoy.btw it tastes a hell of a lot better than boone's farm and ripple.
