Acacia and Vine ID!

Can anyone guess what kind of acacia these are? Or if they even are acacias? I know theres thousands of them around where I live, so if they are actives im beyond stoked.





And this vine is growing against my house, I have another picture of it but im out of space, will post tomorrow though. This will have to do until then.



any ideas?

looks like acacia mearnsii for me but i could be wrong...
does it bears clusters of yellowish globular flowers?
it's not an entheogen that i know, it's used for curing leather.
no idea on the vine...

yeah all the acacia ive seen growing have yellow flowers.
