World of Warcraft. What the hell?

OK, so I install it today. I'm really excited. It tells me I have to download a new patch. Ok ok, an extra minute wont hurt.

Patch is downloaded! YES! At last I can play it.

Yeah, maybe not. 'Cannot connect'. What? You just connected to download the freaking patch!

Mamma-mia. Not a good first impression at all.

Perhaps the servers are down for maintenance or something. When I played that game they always shut them down frequently but that's probably because the game had just come out and they were fixing things. Whenever you do start playing it's extremely addicting.

Nah i'm looking at the problems page. Apparently it's something to do with my firewall/router connections. I don't have a router, and I ain't got a clue what my firewall is.

Play on stormrage. Its down till like 3pm est usually on tuesdays.

Me and my roomate and some of my personal friends play there. Im a 52 ud warlock. Game is like crack. Sucking up time i dont have to play it.

Yeah man. I actually gave my copy away to a friend because it was taking up all of my time. I'd come home and run to the computer. It was fucking ridiculous. I guess I have no self control.

Now I just play Diablo II all day. No matter how old that game is I still love it.

Oh dont use the blizzard updater to patch. Just find it on download.com or some other link.

Thier bit torrent downloader client is ass.

yes tuesdays every week are down for maintenance and honor updates.

Im a 60 troll rogue on Azgalor (PVP).  Do yourself a favor and play on a pvp server, pve blows. :smile:
