I want to avoid nausea and vomiting.

I am going to be trying shrooms for the first time. People have reccomended me to take about 1.5 grams for the first time. Please don't ask why but i have a case of emetophobia and would like to avoid nausea and vomiting. Is there any remedies that will lessen any nausious effecs or vomiting? I heard pepto bismol helps but i would really like to have assurance that i wont throw up.

Welcome to the shroomery :sun:!

You can try to consume some ground ginger, this will reduce it pretty well, cannabis also works. Only smoke pot though if you normally smoke it and enjoy it. Happy trails :smile:.

smoke some weed or drop a dramamine. eat the shrooms a few hours after your last meal.

some people, like me, don't even get nausea! so i wouldn't worry about it too much!

ive done mushrooms many times, and ive only experienced nausea once.

i didnt throw up though. if you relax, it passes quickly. give it 10 minutes or so max.

1.5 shouldnt be a problem. eat lightly during the day.
