i am a BIGGIE fan. Just had to pick up ready to die again today, someone stole all my cds like a month ago. Picked up Rakim and Eric b's greatest hits too... good stuff

how can you say tupac was lame.... your crazy. Tupac put out some of the best rap that has been put out in my opinion. The battle between biggie and pac produced the best rap that has been put out.

i could not agree more! that was indeed the heart of the industry. people now are jsut trying to copy it...:( ie eminem/50/ja rule etc. its kinda weak but i still listen to some.

ya totally. i like eminem for newer rap. i really liked stan, toy soldiers, mosh, and purple pills. im not trying to rag on new rappers, just saying the game has changed. for the most part in a way that i dont much care for.

i agree, its all about the early to mid 90's and some of the stuff in the late 80's...NWA Rakim big pac bone thugs too short so on and so on

Could not agree more.

What annoys me is every rapper nowadays talks bullshit. EVERY fucking video clip is just showing off their "pimpin" cars, fine women and $50,000 gold necklaces. Their lyics have no "substance" anymore. The only rapper in MY opinion still carrying the torch for rap is Immortal Technique....

dead prez said it best "...while all these other niggas jsut trying to be liek master p"  or somthing liek that.  i dunno its late, but i agree with him.  once no limit hit the scenes rap REALLY went down hill.  although ill admit i got caught in it a bit and bought ghetto dope  :blush:

i dont like it anymore but i still think that pass me the green has one of the best car beats going for shows.  call me wierd i guess...
