Erm.. pics are blury.. you may wanna try doing manual focus if possible. Your camera should have a book that tells you how to do this. Autofocus tends to be pretty shitty for taking close up pics of mushies, at least its that way for me.

Second species is a Conocybe--probably C. lactea, a common lawn mushroom of unknown edibility. First species is harder to tell: the first two pics of it look like Marasmius oreades (another lawn variety often growing in "fairy rings"), but the one in your hand doesn't so much. Does it have widely spaced gills, white spores, & a very tough fibrous stem? Those features would confirm the Marasmius ID.
