doll, i am the queen of munchies!
frosted mini-wheats in milk with peanut butter topping is one of my favourites. for salty food, i would go with pretezles and sour cream. yum- chocolate is always good. it is suprising that i am not a thousand pounds. oh- fruit is non fat and good. if you want more foods, i know a lot, but they are all wierd combos. like pickle and mayo sandwiches...

granted they are odd combinations, but they do taste GOOD. who knew that peas and carrots or peanut butter and jelly or pineapple and ham were good together unless some one tried it? :heart: :spliff: :heart:

Eat food made in a kitchen, not shitty food made in a lab by advertising executives who have done millions in dollars of studies to determine which amount of artifical flavorings maximizes the profit margin for the brand from the target market for the food. 

Frito-Lay products :thumbdown:   
Organic produce :thumbup:
Products with high fructose corn syrup :thumbdown:
Food you cook yourself with quality ingredients :thumbup:

I like to really experience my food, which has lately meant doing more cooking.  As soon as I became aware of the shit they do to mass produced food, I stopped eating it.  That food kills your taste buds the same way TV kills your minds eye or country pop kill your ear for music.  The food is made so that salt and high fructose corn syrup are the main tastes, and the 'flavor' is a function of some artifical chemicals made in a lab, where subtility is lost.

Here is what I do.  I look at labels.  Anytime I see a product labeled as healthy with high fructose corn syrup, I look at the label.  Anything by the company that makes it is then suspect.  If you do this for salt and high fructose corn syrup, you will start to notice you can taste more then 'salty' or 'sweet' or 'cheezy' and learn to appreciate food that balances these instead of just overpowers one of them.

Think of it like this.  Pot makes any food better, the same way it makes any music better.  But, it's sort of an exponential thing.  Pot + mediocre food = Yum, because eating is so hightened.  But, pot + great food = orgasmic enjoyment over the entire experience, because once your tongue is re-calibrated, you can appreciate food in so many more ways then just as a satisfaction for a 'sweet' or 'salty' or whatever taste.
