I remember the first fight I ever got in with my first GF.

We were watching 'never been kissed' and the piano intro for this song was playing as the background music in a party scene. We had only met a few times and weren't together yet. In fact I couldn't hardly stand her mostly because she hung out with this other dumb bitch i hated from high school.

anyway, this song was playing in the party scene and she was like 'oh, i like this song, it's ben folds five' and I was like 'uhhh. no. this is semisonic'

we fought for a good 20 minutes before I got out my semisonic CD and played it.

I used to semi-like Semisonic, mainly the song/video "Closing Time" when it was played on VH1 in the mid/late 90's. the lead singer kinda reminded me of Sean Lennon. I d/led the song a few years ago but lost it in a hdd crash..will now get it again and maybe check out the whole album. thx.
