V-day trip?

I think tomorrow I may trip. I haven't tripped for many months, though I've abused cannabis almost daily. I don't have a girlfriend and I already told them I wouldn't be coming in to work.

I may drive to a nearby state park and climb a small mountain. It's going to be a cloudy, rainy day, and I am depressed. I think I need to trip, to get myself started off again with intensity in life. You understand how tripping can encourage living with intensity I'm sure. Maybe I'll only do a couple grams, toke a joint, read a book, listen to my portable cd player. One needs a kick up the ass to get going again sometimes.

My only hesitation is if a park ranger sees me all by myself on a rainy Valentines day he may think I am a suicidal person and come to talk to me, and it's difficult to maintain composure when you are tripping. I have no idea if this place even has park rangers, I doubt there'll be many people on the trails if it's rainy. What do you think?

Are you shure you re gonna feel comfortable out there if its rainy?
I don't think park rangers should stop you from triping if you eventually feel you really want to, you can talk to them, and even if you can't in a completly sane way, who gives a fuck? Its gonna be them trying to sneak into YOUR trip, so let them have what they deserve...

Say whatever you feel like....thats what i would do anyway... people who find tripers strange and frightening amuse me while tripin,

You better have an alternative scedule ready tho,just in case the weather turns out really bad...  :smirk:

go pop a tent up somewhere thats allowed. at least youd have a place out of the rain and a place to feel safe.

I don't know...tripping in shitty weather, on Valentines Day when you don't have a gf...and you're already depressed...that doesn't sound like a good idea man. Tripping is great at pulling people out of ruts, and giving fresh starts, happens to me all the time, but....I don't see how this trip could be good. I wouldn't trip in that situation, it's up to you though.  :shrug: Good luck, whatever your decision is, I hope it works out for ya.  :sun:

Yes, seems bad set and setting to me, as well. Not to mention being on a small mountain... If you head into a depressive trip, you just might make the DEA happy and jump.

tripping when you're depressed always does tons of good, but it's not a fun trip, just something you gotta do sometimes...good luck in whatever you seek to find out, i'm sure you'll find it.

Park Ragers are cool, i got let off from a DUI in 2000 from a park ranger..if I would have been into town, I would have been busted....it was a pretty fine looking woman park ranger, I was way over twice the legal limit, but I was on meth too. I drank 8 beers before going on a hike and then drank 9 more during the hike...it was my turn to drive I stated driving and went over the double line in a canyon road,, good thing it was barely after I got in driving, I would have killed someone...good thing that park ranger was cool, she got a ride for me and my friend was just as drunk as me, so he couldnt drive either, it was luck...or what??..dont worry I didnt drive drunk after that, and still dont...
