In my experiences with E, and there have been MANY, I always want to go out and "be with the people". I always just have an urge to go anywhere that there might be large crowds. Whether this means a rave, or festival, or even just walking around a crowded grocery store smiling like a lunatic and greeting strangers. I dunno, I just feel soooo very connected to everyone when I'm on MDMA.

I first tried it while living in the UK a few years ago, and it really is VERY cheap over there. For any UK'ers here who might remember the E that was going around back in 2001, there was definately some high qual rolls out there. Mitsubishi's, Armani's, Ferrari's, oh man, good times, great memories. I would buy 50-100 rolls and they'd be gone in no time. On a typical night I would pop 2 rolls in my mouth, swallow the first, chew the second, then immediately after this I'd cut up a pill and bump it in 2 lines. Then I'd just keep bumping lines for the rest of the night to keep the buzz going. It got to the point where I was taking anywhere from 7, 8, or sometimes 10 pills a night. It got out of hand and the comedowns got really bad for me. I finally had to stop altogether. The last time I rolled was 14 months ago. It is by far my favorite drug and I think for that reason, I need to use caution and limit my use of it to very special occasions.

I've rolled 3 times in the past year. All 3 pills were good, but 2 were excellent.

This guy I know just found a huge bag of pills.  It has like 200 bars, a bunch of E, different opiates like Oxy, Vicodin, Codeine, also some Valium, Zoloft.  Has some other stuff but not sure what all he has.  I'm getting some Xanax and E, been wanting to try MDMA and finally going to :smile:

I'm sure this probably doesn't need to be said but to keep peace between me and my conscience, I'll say it again anyways.

Be sure to read thoroughly about the dangers associated with drugs that are new to you or that you haven't had experience with before. Prevalent side-effects of taking pills commonly referred to as Ecstacy are dehydration, and hyponatremia. I'm sure we're all familiar with dehydration. Hyponatremia, on the other hand is commonly caused by people drinking too much water in an effort to keep from being dehydrated. It's dangerous because as you drink more water, you urinate more often and you flush your body of too many salts and other minerals needed for it to operate properly.

The symptoms of both dehydration and hyponatremia are similar. One may appear flushed, or pale, feel faint, and or pass out. Always keep an eye on your friends when taking these substances as many people like to lye down with their eyes closed and they may appear to be zoning out and just enjoying the trip when in actuality they are unconscious and in need of medical attention. So don't be afraid to give em a nudge if they've been laying there not moving for half an hour. When they say, "Hey, stop fuckin with my roll man!" just let em know you're only being concerned about them.

Sorry for the lecture but it's something I feel I need to say as I've had a friend hospitalized as a result of using this substance carelessly. He's fine now, he was just severely dehydrated and collapsed from exhaustion after a night of dancing at a rave. A good ole saline solution IV while on the way to the hospital in the back of an ambulance fixed him right up, aside from a splitting headache, hehe. Just be careful and have fun.

the time ive done it, it turned out to be pretty impure and it wasn't very strong. But nonetheless me and my friends had fun just chilling out. I'd try it again if they weren't so fucking expensive

Hmmm...

Had some great times with E - remember being off my head on pure MDMA diamond-shaped pills in Finsbury Park during one damn hot summer day -laying in a pool of my own sweat under a tree smoking a massive stogie joint - everything seemed truly beautiful.

But...

In the end E seemed so synthetic and phoney a ride to me and I just couldn't stand the emotionally turbulant come-downs.

I'm not against experimentation, but I just don't think Es are worth the hassle.

Shrooms are the only mind altering substance I take now.

just make sure you buy it from someone who knows what they are selling, has tested the product, and is sure it is E. I understand there's a lot of trash out there.

I had fun with it at first, but then it started to feel really fake.

I took acid at WEMF, and saw all these people walking around with a dead look in their eyes, blindly accepting one another... and being taken advantage of. Girls lining themselves up for date rape, people saying things they really don't mean, etc...

I'd prefer to avoid the stuff. If I'm going to feel love, I want it to be genuine.

That's really true about using E in large group settings. Doing it with someone you are really close with, or doing it alone, is different.

It wasn't like that when I used it. It made me feel really high but with a great mental clarity. I've had more amazing experiences climbing to the peak of a mountain and feeling the natural high. I never considered it a love drug or anything nor did any of my peers. It was always secondary to the preferred tripping substances. People's views on it really changed when the rave culture grew.

The first time I took E i was in the midst of a 4 or 10 day meth binge. the body buzz was incredible!!! But soon after sticking the white powdery crushed pill up nose some asshole pulled a gun on my friend and pretty much destroyed all buzz's. I did not eat e again until I stumbled up this site and was lead to nelsons ledge's. where i found that breakfast rolls really are the most important meal of the day!
Now a days though I am enjoying a calmer life style.

I'm with Phluck on this: the "love" produced by MDMA is just too artificial for me to take very seriously. When I take MDMA, I take it for one reason only: MDMA feels fucking amazing. I am, through the entire experience, completely aware that it is not a "natural" feeling that I have.

I've seen people who hate eachother take MDMA and "love" eachother while on it...yet turn around the day after and hate eachother all the same.

MDMA is a drug. As far as love goes, I prefer the real thing.

But yeah, MDMA feels pretty awesome :yesnod:
