Back when I was a moderator of www.minorthreat.com (which no long exists) there would be some of the most pathetic people who would just wander the forum with the intent to stir up trouble, gain self-confidence by insulting others, register new usernames to mock other people, et cetera.

It's times like that where forums genuinely annoy the hell out of me.
