haha I remember that octopus!! I was camped near it last year!! It was hard to see at night, though.

Heh i too remember the purple octopus. I think it was in my camp right up next to centeroo. I hope i can get a good of spot as i did last year. I had a plane site of the main stage from where we where it was awesome. Could chill at camp, make food smoke down and listen to music and was a short walk to the main place.

How long were you in line for? We were in line for like 5 hours, last year!!! :thumbdown:I am thinking of hiking in to get a better chance of a better spot. We had a good spot, but I want an even better one, this year!! :smile:

We only had to wait for 1-2 hours from once we got slow on the highway(half mile from the exit maybe).

The purple Octopuss is how i found my campsite.

Yes, the vendors license are 2,000 dollars, and Bonaroo also takes a 15-25 % cut of the profits. But 5 dollar smoothies will make a killing.

This year, the line up blows, earl scruggs and mar volta are the only two i really wish to see so far.

Decided that i'm not going to bonnaroo.. just too main stream. and damn $185.00 after everything. today on main radio station it was "bonnaroo weekend" announcing a bunch of info about DMB and jack johnson and saying "go to bonnaroo.com" lastly after I bought my ticket it said "special offer - bonnaroo t-shirt $28.00" wow, how ridiculous and lame.. i'm sticking with the smaller festivals this year.

bonnaroo 03 we went.... then we got yolked up by the cops and busted with 2 lbs green , 2 ounces wwhite.. my mom is still facing court for that one.. shall never go againh, not loaded anyways ahaha

Yeah, I didn't see any busts or anything resembling a bust. I saw some shady deals going down, though, and some folks that were cop look-alikes. I wonder if he got busted inside or outside Bonnaroo...? :confused:

THe line up could use some more additions, but id really like to see a few bands including mars volta.  A bunch of my friends are going as well so ill be there for sure :smile:.

A coupla guys with nitrous tanks got busted right next to our campsite. They had 3 tanks, and hid one under our car when the mounties came lookin for them. I was trying to sleep when security came by with their flashlights looking for the other tank.

That reminds me!! I did see a shady something going down involving nitrous. It may have been a bust, but they were keeping that shit on the down low. I just kinda walked through it in and kept on walking and staring at these pig like guys. It was weird and surreal feeling. I think I was dosed. I had forgotten all about it until you mentioned nitrous. :crazy2:
