King of the Hill

Am I the only one who LOVES this television show?? Maybe it's because I live in Texas, but nothing makes me smile/laugh like Hank Hill.

Mos Def. Mabey its just cuz were Texans, and they nail the environment dead on.
did you see the episode wher dale goes out into the woods, and eats a bunch of mushrooms?
"note to self, when i close my eyes i see strange geometric creatures chasing eachother in an infinate limbo" as he talks into a pinecone.

the only character i dislike is Peggy. Something about her just pisses me off. She's just such a dumb bitch.
Also it makes me mad the way Mike Judge paints hippies. Like they'r evil or something.

KOTH is the best thing on television! I don't live anywhere near Texas and I love that show. Dale is my favorite, by far. Didn't he think he had rabies or something which made him run off into the woods in the first place? I can't remember but it was hilarious.

Too hilarious!!  I love every character...and I remember how funny I thought it was the first time I realized that John Redcorn fathered Nancy's child...and Dale is oblivious!!! 

I also like Peggy...just because she's a dumb bitch.    :wink:  She constantly embarresses herself and doesn't even realize it. 

By the way...on your regular network Fox channel, King of the Hill is about to come on at 3:00AM for Texas people still awake.  I'm about to get realllllyyy stoned and watch it.

The funniest part of it all is that EVERYBODY knows that John Redcorn is the father EXCEPT for Dale, :rotfl:
The character's have decent depth of personality which makes them quite lovable. Hank's dad is classic.

And behind all the humour theres a good message, i think.
Most of them Texans have good intentions, but they are also stuck in their ways and completely stubborn (cough**hank*) :smile: 



But also, alot of rednecks are just complete assholes.

It's a great show, but I'm not sure if it's better than Bevis and Butthead.

It's a great show. The humor is dry compared to The Simpsons but it's still hilarious. The characters are all so great expecially Bobby, Hank and Dale.

I LOVE IT! I think its way better than the simpsons that have been on lately. One of my favs is where Bobby chooses the right "icon" to be the new dali lama and his dad freaks out hard lol. Bobby then wants to become one with the earth. HAHA IT WAS GREAT

Yeah I didn't like it at first either but it grew on me. I think the chemistry between Bobby and Hank is one of the best elements of the show.

Dale's the fucking best! I'll never get bored of this show. I just watched the episode about the low-flow toilet bowls. lmao. I don't know how this show's so funny but it is.

Yeah, the humor is really dry.  But I don't have a great sense of humor anyway, so maybe that's why that kind of humor is what I appreciate the most.  Most thing people find funny I don't, for some reason.  Except my beloved King of the Hill.  :heart:
