i just want to know how y'all make such cool avatars, like the animated ones and stuff (my fav is probably someone shooting themself in a car w/ blood on the windshield)

Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow?
No, says the man in Washington; it belongs to the poor.
No, says the man in the Vatican; it belongs to God.
No, says the man in Moscow; it belongs to everyone.

I rejected those answers. Instead, I chose something
different. I chose the impossible. I chose...
Rapture.

i dunno, i just ripped mine off a google image search... but there is an "animation studio" plugin for paint shop pro that i used to have - i assume they have made new versions of it - basically you create all the frames individually, and then it creates an animated gif of all the frames.
