I am, tree letters
    #3374680 -

Do not do anything that require your attention why reading this
Make it as real in your mind that you pleasantly can, let you melt
Relax the body
Imagine there is no place you have to be; no place you have to be, no concern no thoughts, as if you were able to stop change
Relax your breathing, in nice sturdy rhythmic breathing, completely.

We begin by having you using you imagination to imagine that you cannot open your eyes,
Imagine they are stuck close, to heavy to open, and some combination, gently feel the effect of your own imagination by ?opening? your eyes, down through your legs and start relaxing all over again..

Send the thoughts to your sub-conscious mind, beginning and ending where it starts and stops.
up and down can be the inn and out, they way out is the way in, the answer to the question is the question to the answer

Just heard the ?jeopardy buzz button? in my mind, so I stop writing now

The solution to the problem is found in the cause of the problem

If the way out is the way in, why is everyone looking for the EXIT door? Shouldn't they be looking for the Enter door?
