I stumbled onto this a while back.....
It has to do with looking at possible signals from an ET or several...

I bet the ultimate life form is a cow. I mean really they eat, fart, sleep, sex, and live such a "gracefull" life. Never wanting to explore just happy with the world the way it is and living off what nature gave them. Mmmm im hungry brb hamburger time!
Cows can't have sex, they are to big. No cows live in the wild, and only exist on farms, the Farmer has to put the Bull sperm inside the cow manually.
Fun!
and yes I know you were joking, but im in a mood where i feel like talking down to someone.

actually cows do have sex all the time. i lived on a ranch and me and my family raised a herd of about 50 head of cattle you only need one bull and you have alot of calfs in the spring. where in the world did your urban ass hear that?? and wild cows do exist in india they roam free. what did you think that humans MADE cows?
but more on subject. the mars meteroite is undoubtably from mars. ALL scientist belive this since it have certain oxides not found here on earth. what is debateable is wheather or not the "fossils" are in fact fossils. they sure look like them to me but it could just be little bubbles in the rock. who knows?
there are over 95 moons and counting just last year they found over 11 more moons orbiting jupiter. one of saturns i think or maybe it was neptunes is the only known moon in the solar system with a substaintial atomosphere. execpt its mostly nitrogen hardly any water. it looks just like earth tho but instead of oceans of water its got oceans of nitrogen. its impossible to see the surface thru the clouds but i think nasa has a mission slated to go there sometime in the future.
about the ice moon with an ocean. thats a jovian moon named triton (i think im a little stoned and i cant remember any other ones lol.) and yes its probly the best place to find life somewhere else than earth in our solar system.
there are suspicios dark blotches that seem to migrate across mars' dunes that could be from microbial life. so there is definately lots to learn out there. its just gonna take time. and if you really look there are probly more scientists that believe in life else where than those that do not. peace
