This happened in my hometown, they tried the case in Redwood City though.  This guy lived 2000ft from me at the time it happened.  Its a big deal to people in my town to see this guy guilty.  He used to come into a resuraunt were I worked.  I used to see him and the late Laci Peterson often - very sad story.  But justice did come through this time, so score one for the justice system

Mark Geragos should have stayed on the MJ case and not split his efforts.  He got owned by a NorCal prosecutor. :smile:

We really thought he was going to cake walk this one. They even made a new law in California "Conners Law" - you get extra owned if you get brought it on abuse or rape/murder charges if they are on a preggo woman.
