Opinion wanted

I am new to this website and home cultivation for that matter. I currently have 34 PF/MMGG style jars(1/2 pint) that are about 2 weeks old and growing with mycelium.
Some of the jars are far more aggressive than others, and some appear to have "stalled" or just are not really spreading anymore. Is there any "recommended" method to get them going again?
Also, I am really curious as to people's opinions as to what is the best method for mass producing mushrooms. I have read a lot of different techniques, just not sure which methods work best as far as colonization and casing is concerned.
Opinions and/or advice is certainly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Bulk grows with straw and poo seem to be the way to go as far as getting the highest yields. As for your jars are your temps high enough, like 82-84 range? Try looseing your lids a little bit, like a 1/4 of a turn, or maybe if you have them taped take off the tape, or turn them upside down to get rid of alittle c02. Hope some of that helps you.

It could be that the mycelium is colonizing the inside and may appear stalled. Colonization with PF type substrate used to take me something like 20 days. Quart sized rye berry jars take about 9 days to 2 weeks but need to be PC'd or fractionally sterilized.
