kerry explains WHY he voted these ways if you actually read into it, but nOooo, you'd rather listen to the bush ads on tv.

Neither am I. I'm voting for the guy who best represents my beliefs, not some dirtbag politician who'll say anything for votes.

Believe me, I've done my research on Kerry, and I know all about his lame-ass excuses. I don't deal with Bush's propaganda. I go by what I know. Kerry may be criticizing the Patriot Act now, but he's also supporting all the recommendations of the 9/11 commission, which include similar obstructions of civil liberties, so that tells me that he doesn't really care about civil liberties, and instead just criticizes the Patriot Act because it's politically expedient for him to do so.
