My advice is to take one E first, then wait half an hour, and eat less than one gram of cyanescens, or about 2g cubensis, since its the first time combo. But for my case the E just helps me have a good time no matter what !!!
Personally Ive taken one E and 1-1,5g cyanescens or 3,5-5g cubensis, intence and happy.

But 45 minutes before all that you should take 3g of Syrian Rue just to make it that much more intense!

It is an MAOI. It will increase the trip. I would just stick to taking 2 grams of cubensis and the e.

Innit, dont be fools, taking an MAO inhibitorwith ecstasy is a really bad idea. I started taking ST John's Wort to prevent ecstasy-provoked serotonin decrease. I havent been doing beans for about 2 months now, but will start soon after my exams again. Does anyone here take St Johns Wort? CAn anyone comment on its effects with ecstasy? Have they proved that it doesnt work like an maoi???? Help!

I don't know about St. John's but my friends and I take 5-HTP. It seems to help if you take it a couple of days before then during and after. It helps you to sleep pretty well.

why on earth did u do that??

anyways, my method is to take the E, and RIGHT AFTER the peak at the beginning of the comedown eat the shrooms, they bring the X right back up. works excellent IMO.
