I would post a detailed instruction on how to downsize it as much as possible as well. And keep a reasonable sound quality.

I guess im not against it......uhh.....but i think if they do it people should have an option in their prefrences to be able to turn others off. That way if your mouse accidently goes over someone elses avatar you wont have to listen to their sound clip.
