No mine is fully colonised as I said above. What I meant was that the bottom half of the compost is under water and yellow. On other parts of the compost there is condensation the size of an O. On the bottom half it is all water surrounding the sides. I think I'll pull the plug tomorrow.

a lot of water pressed againts the sides is normal. If it looks like someone poured a 1/2 gallon of water down the sides and its all water logged and extremely swampy <--- is that a word, swampy :wink: down there....then yes, try and drain some. But what looks like just very wet is normal, like I said the mushrooms will absorb it when they start fruiting.

We are working on a series of close up pics of good and bad things to look for. but this will take some time.
Maybe this picture will help some, this is what the sides look like after it fruits once and the mushrooms absorb most of that water.
