You always have to leave yourself a new experience. You have to be open to exploring. That's the most important thing I think as you age it gets easy to try and get sat in your ways and have a good system that works but that closes you off to the new experiences, methods & music.

Better safe than sorry is my motto now. I'm all about survival after years of no fucks given. I don't fly or drive anymore. No more motorbikes or board sports. Had my share of near misses and injuries. I saw a great white take a pass at me one of my last times out surfing in the pnw. Rattled me good.. I've seen sharks in the tropics but this was big and close.

Damn boofed Molly probobly hits hard. I have railed it a bunch , burns like fuck. I never did it boofed but did pop a lot pressie pills and MDMA crystals back in the day. Sometimes I fantasize about getting high on E again but I don't want to put my aging heart through that. I'm already at elevated risk for heart attack. I can't even think of the last time I did it. At least 10 years ago now.

I know a couple wooks out here in the burner/edm  scene who boofed stuff a lot and their lives are a fuckin mess and I think there’s a direct correlation there.
