can shrooms help with recovery from a concussion?

as the thread title says. i used shrooms in the past to help clear up brain fog, is there any evidence that they can also help recovery from a concussion?

Weren't there studies about there being improved blood flow in the brain as an effect of taking psilocybin? I would think that would help with concussions. My son had 5 concussions during his high school hockey career so I feel for you. I am more worried about the long term effects when he gets to be my age
