DIY flow hood
    #29695546 -

I have decided to step up to a laminar flow hood. I’ve watched a bunch of videos and read a ton of builds. I have my filter and my blower. The filter is 2x2. Because of the location, I have some height clearance issues in the space that it’s going, I’m going to build it basically upside down. Blower on bottom and filter on top. My question for all of you flow hood uses is this….. should I build the work surface into the hood itself or should I build it to fit a movable work surface. It’s a small space and it would be nice to be able to move the table out of the way when I’m not using the hood. Advice and ideas are appreciated.
