Hell yeah I did. I looked forward to it all day. It turned into a busy day so it was a nice treat. I of course forgot to take a picture cause I’m a pig

i tried to make carnivore pizza but i fucked up, i made a meatloaf with pizza topping on top lol

i fucked up by thawing my tube of ground chicken in water, water leaked in and water logged my meat

the recipe is, mix together

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup ground pork rinds (i ended up using 2 trying to compensate for the wetness)

1 egg

3 table spoons cream cheese

bake at 400 for 20 minutes

top with tomato sauce, and toppings, then broil for 10-15 minutes, and my tomato sauce was too wet too

the top taste like pizza, but the crust tasted like a cheap burger youd get from a tv dinner or something, you know loaded with bread crumbs (except they were pork crumbs)

this also will throw my protein/fat ratio off for the day, way to much protein and no where near enough fat, i expect my ketones in the morning to be low, maybe 1.0 mmol instead of the 3.0 ive been getting

i topped it with green olives, peperoni shredded, mushroom and a mozzerllea ball

ill post a pic in a second i have to do it from my phone
