No Soak No Simmer Milo

Weight Recipe:

250g Dry Milo
200g Water (Any lower than 175g may stall)

Volume Recipe:

300ml Dry Milo
150ml Water

Milo sourced from Azure Standard

Total Weight = 250g (Milo) + 200g (Water)= 450g

Hydration % = 200g (Water) / 450g (Total Weight) x 100= 44.4%

To find the Water Weight, you multiply your Dry Grain Weight by a specific multiplier:

44% Hydration seems to be the sweet spot for this Milo.The multiplier to find 44% is 0.785 but use 0.78 to make measuring easier.

You may need to make adjustments depending on the condition of your Milo. Here is a list of multipliers to move up or down.

40%- 0.66

42%- 0.72

44%- 0.78

46%- 0.85
