I’m certain many people were aware of it. For better or worse his college dropout style of debate was popular.

It doesn’t compare to nearly 50 years of national politics though.

Political violence in secret is no less traumatizing.  Especially the ones that are captured and shown to the whole world but even the ones that are not shown are political violence.  You original point was that celebrating it by the left seemed off. It only seems off when in public or on the left?  The counter to that point was that the right was celebrating left political targets and saying the whole left was guilty on the right leaning targets. The mass killers or fame killers making political point do it in public though we don't really know why this guy did it yet.  Some do it just for fame and it could have been anywhere there was a crowd.  How about the bombs that were sent to all the democrats and some in the media.  It means less cause one might have went off in private?  I don't see a difference in polosi and kirk except in the rights response in how they use it as a tool to blame more then the killer or stir up the fun of the libs being owned.  Did you know kirk was saying he couldn't understand why the right didn't get together and bail out polosi's attacker and use it to win the mid terms?  That is pretty traumatizing as well as pardoning over 1200 jan 6 protestors from a publicized event that most of the whole world watched in real time with tons of injuries deaths and damage done in public and that putting the crowd of trauma much larger then the collage campus, if size of first hand witnesses change how bad an event is which I do not believe.  It is a funny scale to have.  I understand you might believe it as simple things with out nuance are the easiest to believe.  Believing something simple does not change it though.

I've seen libs come up with moral dilemmas, in their stories, and so did Star Trek. I never felt like they were going to kill over Sunday school and family life.

Charlie may have had a following in south africa more then in the united states due to his view on race and trump may too as the white ones are the only emigrants trump wanted to let in and he was showing the president of South africa fake picture of genocide in the oval office.  I doubt it was global though.  The view that apartheid was good would fit in well though.

Kirk had global reach because that was what he was after and he aimed to go viral. He was active on multiple platforms (Under his own name, TPUSA, Daily Wire)
Again, I’m not condoning anything or saying Pelosi’s attack was good or something strange like that.
Kirk’s death, and the celebrations carry much higher stakes because of the severity (death), the emotional trauma inflicted on bystanders and because of his bigger online reach (as a result of his pursuit to go viral). He’s even in a South Park episode (Maybe Pelosi is too – I don’t know).
This is just my honest logical conclusion to the best of my abilities and my own observation on why, in my opinion, the mockery of Kirk’s death is on a larger scale.
I’m not a republican.

If I am wrong, I will admit it if there is contrary evidence. Again, I have no skin in the game. I think celebrating any political violence is lame.

You are looking in the wrong place for american followers.  It is not the followers but the haters that make mass.  Two people in American were the boogeyman for the republican party. 40 million people?  One was hillery clinton and one was polosi.  This is since 2003 and was the rallying cry and scare tactic they used on each other to get high turn out at election day.  No way you could know this from where you are. 

It is not followers on tic toc as they were in offices an used as a scare tactic that they would become leaders and president.  There is just no comparison of influence on the electorate and therefor public.  It was not and entertainment talk show but something the whole electorate had to be involved in.  The other 40 million voted for them and another 40 million split on them.

You conclusion is not using enough to come up with a good answer and that is what makes it simplistic but wrong.

My response was and is from the start in reply to GC about the scale and affect of the celebrations in comparison to the Pelosi attack, brought up by him.

I did not make any other claim.

Maybe Pelosi was known by more people prior to Kirk's assissination. She's also much older.

Kirk built a young social media active audience quickly and effectively in a short period of time (can you imagine where it would have gone if he was not killed? - can you imagine where it will go now that he is viewed as a martyr?).

The parasocial relationship with Kirk also ran deep because of his long form content and the fact that it resonated with a lot of people.

He was also a guest on many other popular Youtube accounts, further extending his reach.

As I said earlier, I can't tell the future but do think as charlie has been highlighted tragically, it will also highlight his flaws and thrown in with americas flaw to give seeing to what was abstract, it could very easily make him more villain then martyr.  The hate might just break when it no longer is fun to look down on people or prop up some as special.  This does not mean I condone murder as I condone growing and charlie might, given the chance, have grown out of the evil.  It has happened and I believe in redemption and the possibility of it coming with age.  Sometime people have epiphanies.  As it is now, he is stuck as fucked.  The kkk had a big following but did not age well.

I have read a couple of articles from south africa that charlie was not really helping there as he was exaggerating the atrocities against whites just like trump did in the oval office and making things more divisive then the truth would have.  From here I have a hard time accessing that reporting.

It was one of the things I hated about the republicans in their recent interactions with South Africa.

There is no white genocide here.

But there ARE people singing "Kill the Boer" at rallies.

Race tensions are high, and white people are being blamed broadly at times by certain bad actors.

But saying there is a white genocide is a dangerous lie. It was embarrasing for us.
