Y'all it is weird as fuck that in a country like America where all kinds of people shoot all kinds of people on the daily people can get so worked up on the type of person who shot a person.

We are a country full of tension and division and it's been on the edge of straight up unrest for years. :ohwell: doesn't really matter who pulled the trigger that is the thing anyone can see and what should be important.

If you like the person that was shot, then the shooter is some kind of ideological extremist that paints some group of people as violent.  If you don't like the person that was shot, or you identify with the shooter, then the shooter was a lone wolf crazy person, not representative of anyone other than a misguided maniac bent on mayhem.

People are mostly only "worked up" about it online. In the real world, people don't really give a fuck.

I'm in a red state, and most Trump supporters are just now finding out about this Charlie Kirk character. They never watched his little show when he was alive.

Most mass shooters have no previously diagnosed mental illness.  I'm not saying they do, but it is a convenient answer that satisfies most people, as most people neither know what makes a mental illness diagnosable,  nor can understand how someone could kill another person.

that is complete horse shit.  Flags were at half staff across the country for him yesterday.  I've certainly been no fan of his, but have seen enough of his debates and interviews to gain a decent amount of respect for him.
