I disagree with everything I know about Kirk.

But let's be pragmatic.  No emotion neccesary.  Is his death going to solve anything?  Or is it going to make the side that sees themselves as under attack more aggressive?  Seriously, violence isn't a practical answer. 

Emotionally, I think it was wrong, too but everyone has there own thoughts on that.

I think he was going on the assumption that most cops and feds are conservatives and that it would offend them.  But yeah 22 isn't the greatest age for maturity for some people.
