Grow bags per grow bin?

I inoculated 5 2-lb grow bags and placed them in a home-made grow bin with the bags sitting up on wet perlite. I did break and shake after 30 days.  That was 3 days ago and the mycelia is already spreading so quickly. 
From here, what’s the best way to let the mushroom grow. (Someone suggested k break the bags open and mix each one with its own substrate / own grow bin.  Someone else said just to cut the top off the bag and mist.  Another said to cut an X in the front of the bag and let them grow out that way.  And still someone else said something that sounded like I’m supposed to cut the bag into separate “cakes”??)
Do I need to make 4 more grow bins and give each bag its own space? Can they stay as-is and I just cut the tops off?
Please advise. 
I don’t want to have 5 grow bins but I don’t want to have wasted my time and money up to this point to waste what COULD have been a larger flush. 
What’s my best bet?
