i have found pemf (pulsed electromagnetic frequency) treatments very helpful.  also, chinese medicine, bc of its understanding of the biomagnetoelectric nature of humans is very helpful.  chinese medicine is the most intuitive medicine i have come across, and has been practiced for over 5,000 years!

the natural global electromagnetic resonance of earth, aka the schumann resonance (which occurs in the elf range), runs at the same control frequency as the human hippocampus and hypothalamus affecting the brain from the magnetite located near the pituitary gland as well as the pineal gland, and it's one reason why space astronauts feel distressed, disoriented, and endocrine cycles suffer when there is insufficient exposure to these waves away from earth's surface.  pemf mimics an ideal schumann resonance.

this ties into covid-19, as i am currently exploring how exosomes are effected by electricity.  and how the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis plays a crucial role, as it changes the host’s susceptibility to infectious diseases.  earth schumann resonance shifted in 2017.

the work of Alexander Chizhevsky is of particular interest.

Because regular exercise is so important to the maintenance of our health, I would like to encourage everyone to either start a workout routine, or add to their already existing routines for the new year. No excuses! Cardio; stretching and weights! Do it!

For myself, my resolution is to start practicing yoga again. Cardio and weights are not enough by themselves!
