I tried some wine from your neck of the woods a little while back, Molly Dooker. The sales rep was cool as hell, told me he'd have me hooked up at the vineyard with some free bottles if I ever made it out. The wine was pretty good too, I think it was 17% booze or something he said aussies dont mess around

Yep that's my neck of the woods.
High sunshine...high sugars...highs alcohol.

Within a region that is known for high ALCS MollyDooker are known for their extended ripening of fruit and subsequent ridiculous high alcs.
Quite a good producer.
