San Pedro Recipes

Anyone got any recipe recommendations for eating fresh San Pedro? I don’t quite have the opportunity to make a brew so i’d like to try make a recipe for eating it that minimalises the bitterness and nausea.

Would a marinade like teriyaki, garlic and lime do much? :evil:
