Is this lactuca virosa? Wild lettuce

Here are some photos it's growing outside my front door. Would be interested to know if it's lactuca virosa aka wild lettuce. I'd be interested in harvesting the seeds if that's the case.

I see the reddish stem
Does it have small fibrous hairs coming off of it? It looks very similar but I'm definitely not good at identifying plants and weeds.
I'm going by a picture on Google bro. Not off knowledge. For all I know that could be a trait this species only gains once it's matured. Hopefully someone with some know will throw down.

Fibrous hairs underneath the leaves? Not it appears smooth. Yea I tried looking it up on google too kind of confusing since quite a bit of weeds look like it. It does have slight reddish purple speck long on the stem. And oozes a white liquid when sliced. I thought it would be cool to collect the seeds and disperse them through out my area. But don't want to waste my time if it's just dandy lions or something similar.

Not virosa, you would expect to see ovular leaves with a cuneate base and dentate leaf margin.

That looks closer to milk thistle, maybe the spines aren't as visible since they're wet.
