Anybody drinking some good IPA?

I usta drink whatever, whenever. The more for cheap the better.
But as an adult, I've lost my taste for hard liquor and cheap beer.
But boy ohh boy do I like a strong IPA. The one I'm sipping now is 8%.

My ole lady hates how sour they are sometimes, but really the stronger and hoppier they are just reminds me of truffles, and with all the micro brews and craft IPA's they are making now adays, I love the variety!
I barely drink much anymore but when I do, I love getting a variety pack or just a random 6 pack(usually the highest alcohol % I see, but I like trying new different ones) (I feel like a kid tasting soda's when they first came out)

Edit: forgot to mention I'm running through all the star trek TV series in order and I'm on Deep Space 9 now, any other fans out there :skol:

I mostly will have a few mixed drinks with hard liquor if I'm going out but if I am staying home I'll have beer and if I'm gonna have a beer it's an ipa. Normally dog fish head 60 minute or elysian space dust.
Most my buddies drink bud light and Coors light and shit like that. No flavor and you have to drink the whole 6 pack or more lol.

not much of a drinker these days anymore, but if drinking beer would prefer some nice real beer over cheap stuff anyday.
Only had two this year though.

Oh if I'm at a bar I need a shot or a good mixer(or 2) before my IPA cause I get bad social anxiety with too many people in a room haha
And No flavor at alll!!! I started drinking hard liquor around 15 and by 18 me and a buddy would have to get a 24 rack of Bud light just for the 2 of us to have a good night and maybe share a beer or two with  chicks at the time :wink:

  I've finally got my ole lady into mixed drinks like daiquiri's and such and she's head over heels with strawberry/mango and rum daiquiri's RN, it's hilarious, and I love'em too lol so I ain't complaining.

But once I got into my 20's I'd be taking a shot(or 3) of Everclear everyday after work(with mush) and after going to a hospital and them thinking I had hepatitis(for the second time/first time I was 17/16 maybe) cause of my hard alcohol abuse so young (apparently my liver looked like a 40+ y.o. man both times) I had to cut my drinking and drug abuse and turn to my good ole friend cannabis and CBD Hemp!
And every once in a while a good IPA ! :guinness:

Ohh yeass! Got a few different types on a vacation to the mountains last year!! (Had a berry mixed one and damn near feel in love), also have tried dog fish head and elysian space dust, had a bad experience with the space dust the second time I got it, the store kept it past it's expiration date(only a day or so) but ever bottle I drank gave me serious stomach discomfort. Tasty but just a bad experience so I stay away lol

Also I'm not a big military supporter but I have a good bit of close family who have been to war and fighting for their and our lives, and I've been introduced to Service Beer and it's a pretty decent drink and about as close to supporting the military as I'll get, especially when I buy some to  go drink with my Vet. buddies N family!

Yesss! This is what I had on my vacation (in a variety pack) and I loved the grapefruit citrus flavor (and the alcohol content lol)!!
I think I drank 2 and some wine and was feeling very nice, especially after a mountain hike!

Edit: Hitting all my IPA drinkers with 5 :mushroom2::mushroom2::mushroom2::mushroom2::mushroom2: !!

I've got my home brewed New England style IPA on tap now.
It is very, very good. I would enter competitions, except I don't want to give away any!

But IPA is not the only good beer. Lots of good beers out there!

My favourite drink to drink at the moment is an IPA made by a local craft brewery, they have a range, but the middle strength one at 7.1 % tastes best to me, smells fruity, tastes nice

Found this a couple of weeks back. Singlecut brewery, most of their stuff is good, but this is up there with my all time favourites:

man I used to love single cut back in the day. it used to be strictly back cooler thing now u can get them anywhere off the shelf. It's just not the same and alot of times those beers go to stores that ruin them. They're redic expencive and alot of them are just mediocre compared to the sheer amount of world class ipas here. I almost always skip over the single cuts now. At that price point it's just not worth it. hell u can get 4 pints of super duper for like 10.99. If I'm gonna spend that kinda money I would just get actually good beers from in the back or go to a brewery.
