Hello! New Member, long-time amateur mycologist... cool find! * 2

Hi, everybody! I'm new here. Just wanted to share the love and say hello! Cool find! Last week, rummaging thru my stuff I found a couple of envelopes of spore prints from P.E.S. (Pacific Exotic Spora) in Hawaii. One is a Tasmanian print and the other an Azurescence print (I later discover it's not... just a very overpriced and potent Ps Cub). Anyways, they're dated 2003. Would they still be viable after 16 years? Well, I prepared some plates and inoculated them. Answer: YES! Holy crap, I just noticed the first wispy tendrils of mycelia creeping along today!!! Yay! I'll let you all know if any signs of senescence or any weakness pop up. The best of luck to you all!
