Im getting a flowhood for propagating orchids. I think the SAB is way too awkward and uncomforable to be able to propagate orchids without runnijg into massive trouble.

With mushrooms you can work faster and the time the agar is exposed to the elements is considerably less.

Hopefully soon I'll be in the game, I'm putting all the pieces together.

My wife and I are pollinating and trying to hybridize everything we come across. We even went to wallmart to snatch orchid pollen and then bought a Phal with heavy flowering to pollinate. We have a bunch of pods fattening now 🤗

Very nice, is the yellow one a specie?

I just got back from the anual orchid exhibition of one of the local associations and we brought back 1 endemic orchid from the bahamas and an indian dendrobium specie.

Pollinized these Bletia patula, which is native, a few minutes ago.
