How much to take the next day

So I have never taken shrooms two days in a row before. I took three grams of purple mystic last night and it was an amazing experience. It was the most i have lost touch with reality before.
  I have read that your tolerance builds quickly. I am wondering if anyone has a recommendation for how much I should take tonight.

None. Drink Chamomile Tea instead. Go to sleep early.

when you start tripping every day its just a waste, not only do you have to take more but you could of given those extras out for free to someone to change their life.

You don't need double. I learned this early on in my psychedelic journey when I doubled from five to ten grams and was absolutely out of my mind and it was equal to about 8 grams.

Just as a general rule add just over half of what you had the last time to get you to around the same place.

So for your previous 3g now take just over 4.5g. So 5g will likely get you to where you want to be.

If you doubled to 6g you may well find it's way too much.

If you want to trip roughly at the same level (NOT the same trip however) add 50% to the dose.  If you go three days in a row add it again - so 3 - 4.5 - 6.8  and so on.  Easy to remember and it works.  But better advice is unless you have a compelling reason to stack trips up don't do it.  You won't get the same effect that soon again.

As a general rule of thumb, that's about how I increase my dosage when dosing back to back (to back) days.










Sometimes I like having a trip two days/nights in a row. In some ways that second trip/night isn't as "rich" as the first, but I can still easily get just as far out if not more than the first trip/night. I honestly feel like I can get more tangible/substance out of the second trip when tripping two days in a row..."I" am not annihilated as much on the 2nd trip, but I'm just as immersed if not deeper than the first trip..."I" feel more present when tripping that 2nd day in a row.

When ever I do dose two, sometimes three days in a row...It's really all "one" big trip lol. I do get sleep between the doses/days, and eat, but it's mostly relishing in a psychedelic soup...Tripping two days in a row gives me a nice re-set and has me feeling scrubbed squeaky clean and left vibrating in ways that one single day/trip rarely ever does.

While I don't trip all that frequently (once every 1 to 3 months these days)....I am kinda a fan of dosing two to three days in a row from time to time and that is one of the ways I prefer to work with mushrooms...usually when on a camping trip out in nature. I do this at least once a year (outside of festivals/gatherings).

Yes, the multiple day approach allows you to go deeper, work on more complicated things, follow interesting ideas further...and so on.  :thatsinteresting:
