None of that is oh so important.  I don't know why sexuality and identity get so corrupted.  We were not born sexual as curious.

Abstaing can have huge mental effects.  That's hard to do with drugs.  Lot's of illegal drugs increase sperm and lust confused with attachments of 'love'.

It's a lot of pressure.

sounds like you know what you need to do...

stop watching porn, start doing things that increase your self confidence, like eating heathly, getting involved in new activities, getting outside, talking to people, making new friends, etc... gotta take the steps and put in the effort to having a healthy life if you want a healthy life, it doesnt just appear out of thin air for you.
