Pressure for barrel sterilizer.

What should my pressure be at? I don't really want to have it running for 24 hours
The barrel is 200l/ 55 gallon


And what pressure gauge should I get?


Side note would you guys go with a heating element? And if so what volt

I found it say 2 and a half PSI
How many hours are that?
And can't I up it to more?

3l,2l and 1l grain bags I'm hopping

just don't make the lid tight and let it bleed steam.  Low n slow with a pressure relief in case it seals tight.

This sounds like a bad idea.  Why not start with a tank designed to hold pressure, like a water heater tank or an old shop compressor tank and go from there.
