Guess who just became a little more Dr. Rockso

Did the 1-1-1 challenge and had a night to remember... not because of the substances but because of the substantial relationship things that happened and running into someone I grew up with after a decade apart... what a fucking magical night. Honestly don't care for this shit but if it's a reason for me to sit in a car with someone smart and talk about things that matter, well, I am my brother's keeper.

It's to conquer social anxiety that might have been hidden by having a phone on you.

You got to 1 bar for (at least) 1 hour and may only have, for that spell, 1 alcoholic beverage.

I found out I have social anxiety if I don't know anybody and its a different generation and I don't have a phone and everyone else is already in a group engaged in a pre-scheduled activity so I devised this exercise to make myself immune to discomfort  from that.

I need to check myself in then.

I'd go to a bar alone all the time, but i'd have like 4 drinks within that hour to lube myself up.


An hour is a long time just for one drink imo, but I understand the social exercise.

Same here big worm and i always have my phone till next thing I know I'm tipsy as hell bitching about my own generation to boomers but without using a phone or alcohol as props I found I have social anxiety (or some kind of discomfort IDK)
